Due to the recent spurious activities of LAPD I have had to immediately build this site. Under law a individual or group cannot be victims if they conspire to hostage another third party under the directions or orders of a criminal. The real code protects citizens with rights and directs citizens with duties. Hence citizen's substantial rights are primary law and the code enforcement duties to uphold the first law are secondary law.

Here the tyranny of law enforcement as Los Angeles Police Department hereafter known as LAPD is de facto or criminal and secondary intent or act by any third party identical to such is also criminal. Hence rights are conserved in the constitution which usually will prevail if there is a conflict over local jurisdictions.

Under the Color code enforcement can no more than give you the right to perform an illegal act than an armed bank robber with a gun making demands.

Here we observe the same folly, a criminal cannot grant any right. Such holds sway only by power.

To date events concerning: 1. Richard Miller - Delaware 2. Russell Gaines - Delaware 3. Luc - Berkeley CA - Switzerland have been fabricated. This material involves gender orientation and lifestyle. This is severe and will definitely not go uncontested at the strongest level of law and history.

Events concerning Richard Miller and his associates at Red Bridges MD which were bisexual and have been involved in events that I had this misfortune to witness and was not a participant have emerged as focal point for the corruption concerning my identity and the process of the LGBT agenda. Richard Miller has been deceased for many years. I have no obligation to him. I am not at odds with his associates either and hope that this is reciprocal. Most now are married with successful normal lives over the level of this Studio and in the same region.

I will also develop this point on the Delaware State Police site as needed.

I have to add the name of one of my old Berkeley roommate as to whom The Baltimore Studio aka The Studio are using digital technology to gay bait persons. As seen these individuals and their task masters are the HBT elements. The invented material is then handed off to handpicked cronies in the Delaware State Police or other code enforcement.

This individual's name is Luc. He is now perhaps married. When I lived in Berkeley in 2006 my landlord picked this person as a roommate. My relationship with him was strictly Platonic. The landlord had a relationship with Luc.To those that do not know, Berkeley is about 40% bisexual. If you live in shared housing you are facing similar odds of your roommates having this orientation.

Currently The Studio have mutilated evidence stating that I have been bisexual with now departed Richard Miller of Dover, Delaware at Red Bridges, Maryland. This is ludicrous. They are now adding Luc from Switzerland.

An earlier owner and crew of The Studio is also to have allegedly falsified a taped surveillance claiming I had consensual sex with Russell Gaines of Delaware. Russell touched me in an inappropriate manner. This was not consensual. I did not press charges because Russell would of went prison. LAPD and The Studio are malicious. I have had to report this issue to the Attorney General's Office of The State of Delaware. There are already other legal records against the Delaware State Police regarding this type of slander.

Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender History

An interesting component in the lesbian, gay bisexual, transgender history aspect has occurred. In Oregon a measure passed a few years ago that would have permitted the teaching of LGBT history. This is compromised by the scorched earth event in continuo against myself. There are two possibilities in degree. Gay on Gay crime or Gay on Straight crime. LAPD is attempting to posit that I am dependent LGBT person and would look up to the members of this studio. It is clear that they are CRIMINALS. Attempting to use the LGBT position only is a polar opposite to the higher structural position of the United States presidency which was damaged. Hence this would be dependency on the chief executive - the emperor has no clothes.

Since the perpetrators are gay and I am straight and totally committed to this orientation this is the historical reality. LAPD wished to historically take out President Ronald Reagan. In degree all four past presidents since 1987 are damaged.

THE BALTIMORE STUDIO ARE WILLING PARTICIPANTS IN TORTURE WHO DO NOT HAVE MY SUPPORT.

Currently I am doing substantial reworking of my websites do to the criminal nature of these so-called musicians. From what I understand they will deliberately sacrifice any effort to be legitimate musicians. In this degree I am talking about undertaking a serious regimen of study as a serious legitimate musician. I have studied with very talented professors and find myself lacking but competent against individuals who only are fans of popular music. I am not an elitist. Academic musicanship at the conservatory level is quite demanding and is worthy of respect not pop idolatry.

These individuals never undertaken any serious academic studyof formal music.

The other main issue is drug dealing. I DO NOT EVEN USE DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. I DO NOT GLORIFY DRUG TRAFFICKERS. IF THESE MUSICIANS ARE DRUG DEALERS THEY ARE BIGGER FOOLS AS THEY ARE WILLING CRIMINALS IN SYSTEMATIC TORTURE.

The next issue at hand is to define The Baltimore Studio.
The LAPD are attempting to glorify the Baltimore Studio while at the same time subjected such. Here are the code names for the alleged members of the Baltimore Studio who run the Synclavier digital processor which essentially creates and mutilates evidence.

Aaron Schearer-pianist, not the famous classic guitar teacher. Alleged to be in the late fifties.
Bo Diddle I-the owner and guitarist.
Bo Diddle II-a guitarist.
Mr. Original-Second piano
George Benson-not the famous jazz guitarist-bassist and guitarist.
Escuche-a guitarist.
Steve Vai- not the famous rock guitarist, a guitarist. Real name Jim.

The intent in the glorification of the studio is to preserve the mechanisms which are the machinery of torture (machine theory). By using distributive justice LAPD has divided the labor of the system. Similar to checks and balances, this permits the conspiracy to reassemble itself in the event of a strike.

In short, by using profiling and conditioning it was predicted that if this event was to occur I would respond favorably to the Baltimore Studio. It is historically clear since June of 1987 that this group has no moral or legal basis for its activities and I have not supported such as the records in the docket would indicate.

Here the Baltimore Studio is argued as my teachers which is a farce. I was a formally sight reading and harmonically trained musician at the junior college level. This being in as of 1984. This event systematic torture began in June of 1987. This studio's credentials were of a journeyman chops and licks mode. I still do not believe save for a few musicians and tunes that this studio has any through composed material.

Corruption and pop-hoax that is identity based is only a small part of the problem. Plagiarism and slander are the order of the day. Creation of a piece of art as music is the issue. I have numerous pieces that have been composed for years which I have not formally notated. Two which are important are Jharikanda and Ecce Homo.

LAPD, The Flies, Caan, dealers, or whatever label nom de guerra which is being used by LAPD to posit Aaron allegedly of 61 years of age as the composer of Jharikanda and Jim as the composer of Ecce Homo.

Jharikanda is based on a rondo form and  has been a 15 minute plus song that is basically oblique with some counterpoint and flamenco that is played PIMA. I wrote it to fulfill recital qualifications which for a senior would be a 10 minute piece in a one hour recital.

Ecce Homo was a breakthrough piece that reminds one of The Song Remains the Same. I figure this is due to the chord stops that are used in British acoustic music. 

I hopefully will transcribe and copyright both songs this year.

Red Herring - Strawman

A very important fallacious pattern has emerged in regards to the structure of this mechanism of torture. Herein a very unique tactic is exposed. This is the use of a red herring to create a strawman argument. In simplicity a red herring is the use of premises that will support the opposite conclusion. I also use this in context here with ad hominem. A strawman is an argument that simply falls apart due to a lack of substantive factual basis in validity inference.

The splitting of the Baltimore Studio with Aaron being The Mentor into The Studio is to create a strawman argument by using a fallacy of separation to distribute the criminal labor. The Studio is meant to preserve Escuche who has mutilated evidence regarding two motel prostitutes in San Luis Obispo with the same type of fallacy involved. This is the red herring.

It clear that henchwork is damaging the LGBT process of civil rights. The leaders of this movement will see this work as well as competent government authorities.
