Reagan George H.W. Bush Clinton George W. Bush

Bill Clinton was by birth born as William Jefferson Blythe III on August 19, 1946 in Hope, Arkansas. His father died in three months after an auto accident. As a high school he took the name of his stepfather Roger Clinton. He excelled as a student and as a saxophone player.
Clinton attended and graduated from Georgetown University. He also won a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford. He received a law degree from Yale in 1973. He taught law at the University of Arkansas. His initial campaign for public off ice in 1974 for Congress ended in defeat. In 1976 he was elected Arkansas Attorney General.
A marriage in 1975 to Hillary Rodham resulted in the couples only child, Chelsea born in 1980.
Clinton won the governorship of Arkansas in 1978, lost reelection in 1980. He regained office two years later and served until 1993.
Entering the 1992 presidential elections as a Dark House Clinton went on to defeat George H. W. Bush and Senator Dan Quayle. Clinton and his running mate, Tennessee's Senator Albert Gore Jr., then 44, became successful populist leaders. For the first time in 12 years both the White House and Congress were held by the same party. The Republicans won both houses of Congress in 1994. Clinton would then win reelection over Robert Dole in a landslide in 1996.
In 1998, personal indiscretions with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, lead Clinton to be impeached by the House of Representatives. He was tried in the Senate and found not guilty.
His achievements as president include the lowest unemployment rate in modern times, the lowest inflation in 30 years, the highest home ownership in the country's history, dropping crime rates in many places, and reduced welfare rolls. He proposed the first balanced budget in decades and achieved a budget surplus.
Failures include the defeat of Universal Healthcare and internationally to achieve peace in the Middle East. The Balkan Wars also escalated an emphasis on international law which has only mixed success.

Summary
William Clinton is the individual president that the current de facto system wishes to protect. I argue that the main reason for the 2008 Presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton is to protect her husband.
I have personally attended one event by President Clinton. This was the Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Service which occurs each June in Washington DC.
During this event the chemical spraying was quite severe.
What is unique also was the controversy that occurred over the nomination of Attorney General Janet Reno who has incarcerated over 400,000 persons. There are about 1.1 million persons incarcerated around 2007.
I believe that William Clinton and Al Gore will be pivotal as well as members of both Bush Administration in the measurement of internal justice in the United States. This is due to their ages of about 55 years. There is a strong probability of an event or events externally affecting this censorship by crowding out.
