The State Versus Civil Liberties

After 9-11 the Bush Administration began to reorganize code enforcement in the United States under Homeland Security. In this regards the expansion of state powers versus the individual were expanded as part of a design that many attribute to Vice President Cheney to expand presidential powers.

Bush issued an executive order authorizing the NSA to monitor communications between suspected terrorists outside the United States and parties within the country without obtaining a warrant pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Bush reasoned that the warrant requirements of FISA were implicitly superseded by the subsequent passage of the Authorization for Use of Military Force. In August 2006, a U.S. district court judge ruled that the Terrorist Surveillance Program was unconstitutional. This decision was later reversed. On January 17, 2007, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales informed U.S. Senate leaders that the program would not be reauthorized by the president, but would be subjected to judicial oversight.

Here we can see an overt manifestation of Homeland Security issues which could be credible contrasted with my isolation and 24 hours no holds barred electronic surveillance with no right of legal person in spite of 26 federal court suits. (The last being dismissed in March of 2008.)

The Supreme Court

Chief Justice William Rehnquist has one oft he most questionable legacy's of any federal employee to date. This will be followed by Judge Roberts.

George W. Bush appointed John G. Roberts as Chief Justice in 2005 and Samuel Alito as an Associate Justice in 2006. Bush nominated John Roberts to the Supreme Court after the death of Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Roberts was confirmed by the Senate on September 29, 2005. Following the announcement of the retirement of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, Bush nominated White House Counsel Harriet Miers to succeed O'Connor on October 3, 2005. However, Miers withdrew her nomination on October 27 after facing significant opposition. Miers had difficulty in documenting her historical positions on controversial issues. After Miers's withdrawal, Bush Bush nominated another federal appellate judge, Samuel Alito, as his new choice to replace O'Connor. Alito was confirmed as the 110th Supreme Court Justice on January 31, 2006.

The legacy of the Supreme Court now hangs in the balance with the 2008 presidential elections.

Financial Meltdown

In the beginning of September 2008 the banking system continued with weekly shocks as several institutions were bailed out or sold after seizure. AIG and Washington Mutual are two examples the former received 80 billion in monies while the largest bank failure in history lef the latter with it's assets sold for 1.9 billion dollars to Chase.

A 700 billion dollar rescue for the financial sector remains unsure as negotiations waver before the elections.

An Open Letter to President George W. Bush

President Bush, since your election in November of 2000, your range of leadership has been continuation of a Perfect Dictator. On June 17, 1987, the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution, a de facto system of electronic surveillance, chemical assaults (scorched earth) and intimidation of opposition began with then President Reagan.

This event was lead by a cell of Gay Militant Officers of Los Angeles Police Department California. They have further escalated the chemical assaults from February 13, 2007 from Parker, Arizona and Earp, California to chemical contaminate ALL SURFACE WATER AS RIVERS AND LAKES.

THIS WILL ALSO INCLUDE ALL TAP WATER IN BUILDING IF I ATTEMPT TO ENTER.

Your incompetence on issue as Human Rights has lead to a clear deterioration in your administration, the Republican Party, and the demonization of neo-conservatism. The jurisprudence by Alberto Gonzales has such facing a vote of no-confidence. Abuses at Abu Grahib, Guantanamo Bay, and Special Renditions have appalled Religious conservatives as well as human rights groups.

Simply substituting corrupt and incompetent members of your staff will not shield you historically and possible criminally.

To day in the Republican Party Scooter Libby awaits sentencing, Rep. Cunningham and Ney are in prison. Tom Delay awaits trial.

Rep Jerry Lewis, who is my representative has already spent $1million dollars for lawyers in the Abramhoff investigation.

I am requesting that you end your charade as a Legal Leader and submit your self and record for prosecution. This statement applies equally well to your father President George H. W. Bush and President Clinton.

Operation Radanatha begins

Dateline February 12, 2007

The escalation in the environment has contaminated all flowing rivers and streams. All stores and shops serving food will present me with contaminated products simply by ADDING TAP WATER.

IF YOU USE CREEK WATER YOU ARE ALSO IN TROUBLE. THE EPA ZONE OF CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, AND ARIZONA ARE AT RISK.

An ISKCON diksa guru H. H. Radanatha has nothing personally to do with this event.

The fallacy here used is called Poisoning the Well and returns to the Sulocana murder case in Los Angeles and West Virginia.

Herein was a concrete successful attempt to escalate George W. Bush past all his prior predecessors regarding negligence in Homeland Security and Human Rights. To argue such as an attack solely on one person is sure folly. One year later this event still endures and has not been recognized or opposed by any 2008 Presidential Candidate.
