The Gay Militia
A cell of LAPD California has been running a de facto entrapment openly since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. They pertain ideologically to the school of Irrationalism. They are Pre-Fascists. Their cognitive abilities and their culture lack the ability and skills to build a state or lead a nation.
I have been a heterosexual my entire life. TOTALITARIANISM WILL SEEK TO ISOLATE.
LAPD is openly recruiting members of the LGBT to harass persons. The racketeering of drug deals and other crimes are source of economics and reinforcement.
This is obtained by Prisoner's Dilemma. There is no rule of law or rights. I can indirectly confront these antisocial persons by advocating the conversion of Part II violent misdemeanors to Part I felonies.
This would be by convictions conversions of 3:1 first, 2:1, second, and 2:1 or 1:1 on the third infraction. This would make this individual eligible for Three Strike laws at the federal and/or state level. So three misdemeanors becomes one felony and so forth.

Here we have both male and female prostitution and exploitation. The homeless population are totally being abused at this level by the police.

Currently the air and water are poisoned. I cannot enter a building without the police spraying the building. All the running water and lakes have been contaminated by the police.

I have a respectable college education. This is a fact that de facto elements whish to mutilate as well as my real sexual orientation which is heterosexual.

In 2009 the presentation will cease to be accommodating and be more assertive in direct confrontation with Obama Administration. This would have been the same with John McCain had he won the election.
The state governments of California, Delaware, and Arizona will see more work directed at them and their officials. Governor Schwarzenegger comes immediately to mind.
There will also be a more direct focus on the Delaware State Police. Delaware was the staging area for much of what is occurring now. The Delaware State Police should step forward.
Eternal law will be focused. Since I am a Gaudiya Vaishnava one will see how religion is attacked. The child molestations in the Catholic Diocese and ISKCON are related more than by culture.
The LGBT history is ruined. This is facilitated y orchestrations by LAPD. This should be discussed. I am clearly in the pro-heterosexual marriage camp until the end.

A recent study proves that persons have an informant nature. This involves a prisoner's dilemma defection concept. This is why the United States is being destroyed.
WASHINGTON - Some things never change. Scientists said on Friday they had replicated an experiment in which people obediently delivered painful shocks to others if encouraged to do so by authority figures.
Seventy percent of volunteers continued to administer electrical shocks — or at least they believed they were doing so — even after an actor claimed they were painful, Jerry Burger of Santa Clara University in California found. The obedience rates in the new study were only slightly statistically lower than in the notorious original experiments, which were conducted in the early 1960s by Yale University professor Stanley Milgram.
"What we found is validation of the same argument — if you put people into certain situations, they will act in surprising, and maybe often even disturbing, ways," Burger said in a telephone interview. "This research is still relevant."
Burger was replicating the Milgram experiment, some of the most controversial psychological studies ever, in which volunteers were asked to deliver electric "shocks" to other people if they answered certain questions incorrectly.
Milgram found that, after hearing an actor cry out in pain at 150 volts, 82.5 percent of participants continued administering shocks, most to the maximum 450 volts.
The experiment surprised psychologists and no one has tried to replicate it because of the distress suffered by many of the volunteers who believed they were shocking another person.
"When you hear the man scream and say, 'let me out, I can't stand it,' that is the point when the real
stress that people criticized Milgram for kicked in," Burger said."It was a very, very, very stressful experience for many of the participants. That is the reason no one can ethically replicate the experiment today."
'Surprising and disappointing'
Burger modified the experiment, by stopping at the 150 volt point for the 29 men and 41 women in his experiment. He measured how many of his volunteers began to deliver another shock when prompted by the experiment's leader — but instead of letting them do so, stopped them.
In Milgram's original experiment, 150 volts seemed to be the turning point.
In Burger's modified experiment, 70 percent of the volunteers were willing to give shocks greater than 150 volts.
At one point, researchers brought in a volunteer who knew what was going on and refused to administer shocks beyond 150 volts. Despite the example, 63 percent of the participants continued administering shocks past 150 volts.
"That was surprising and disappointing," Burger said.
Burger fund no differences among his volunteers, aged 20 to 81, and carefully screened them to be average representatives of the U.S. public.
Burger said the experiment, published in the American Psychologist, can only partly explain the widely reported prisoner abuse at the U.S.-run Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq or events during World War Two.
"Although one must be cautious when making the leap from laboratory studies to complex social behaviors such as genocide, understanding the social psychological factors that contribute to people acting in unexpected and unsettling ways is important," he wrote.
"It is not that there is something wrong with the people," Burger said. "The idea has been somehow there was this characteristic that people had back in the early 1960s that they were somehow more prone to obedience."

Robert Merton, an eminent sociologist has a theory regarding crime that has been modeled in the entrapment of the United States. LAPD has created antecedents that where embedded in the conspiracy slowly permitting the Delaware State Police to become aware of the crime when chemical assaults where deliverd in order to hear the plan. This has lead to a complete scorched earth.
Social scientists will be interested to study the development of the principals. Members of the Delaware State Police should step forward. Members of the agency form the 1960s onward will be focalized, even earlier in continuo regarding the staging and condoning of this crime.
Here person's as Captain Marvel, officers Melvin, Shaner, Cooper, and the Valeskis et al. need to come forward with what they know about this attack.

The term anomie, derived from Emile Durkheim, for Merton means: a discontinuity between cultural goals and the legitimate means available for reaching them. Applied to the United States he sees the American dream as an emphasis on the goal of monetary success but without the corresponding emphasis on the legitimate avenues to march toward this goal. This leads to a considerable amount of (the Parsonian term of) deviance. This theory is commonly used in the study of criminology (specifically the strain theory).

One of the interesting and prevailing structures and processes in this attack is the origin and radiating of the attack from Cambridge Law School to LAPD and the United States. If one decade or generation of Cambridge lawyers design state planning in an entrapment such usually is taped and delivered to Scotland Yard. In this manner when Scotland Yard conducts it’s sweeps it appears that Scotland Yard is the Origin and authorship. Also many officers know the RICO structure of the design better.
Here the defection model of prisoner’s dilemma rears it’s ugly head. This is defection to Cambridge Law School outside cooperation of the rule of law.

I have just incorporated a Position Papers section for the site. Within one will come to the section with the Organic Cell. This is in essence the height of the work of the Origin, Cambridge Law School. It reduces to prisoner's dilemma. It contains all the material of this conspiracy which is based on social engineering hence the code name MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization. This signifies Gay Irrationalism. Irrationalism in the sense as pre fascist. This then would be a stepping stone to Gay fascism. Therefore the present stage of it's morphology is Gay Know Nothing.
This is then the work of Gay Militants on a lower structure of work differentiation. This is LAPD and their agents. There main defense mechanism after having persons defect to them is blackmail and extortion.
Another of the worst examples is a criminal type of speech pattern. The theory is called differential association. Here polymorphous perversity is used extensively. Here this is when an abnormal person will attempt to protect oneself by attacking another with vulgar sexual speech. This includes and results in sexual slang. LAPD attempts to be using a profile of lesbian bisexual prostitute. Female wards in the California Correctional system educational level test in the fifth grade. This is 11 years old. This appears to be a projection - fetish for these police officers. This they claim is the level of aptitude that I would be exhibiting under the present conditions.
The pre chemical scorch earth component is called Lycurgus. The chemical attack period is called Akbar. I believe about three or four years ago The Fly, the original officer whom lead the strike collapsed totally into vulgar speech. Dodo, the next leader is following likewise. There is an ongoing historical review of events that here in Desert Shores that amount to a review of my entire life. As seen a psychoanalysis based technique is used as front for torture.
These events are very similar to what is seen on per se the Dick Van Dyke Show. This involves a police force targeting one person as Robert Petrie. The police will engage a police officer who has a corrupt past and they will sweep an area with informants using extortion and blackmail.
In this instance Rob is a comedy writer. Every one will literally blame him for the event instead of stopping the police. This includes the courts and politicians.
Here again I have been targeted for my entire life as pivot in the LGBT or Gay Agenda. This is has failed 100% percent. I am slowly being killed for my spiritual conservatism as Gaudiya Vaishnava ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. I am going to more forcefully promote these issues from now on.
I lived in Berkeley, California from around 1983 to 1986. The Delaware State Police with an entourage of persons lead by Captain Marvel flew in to Berkeley. It is apparent this mechanism which has many codenames, here the Pied Piper of Hamilton versus the real Pied Piper of Hamelin is no more than a RICO structure based on prisoner’s dilemma. It appears a large segment of person's jobs and marriages are based on defection to the police.
This mechanism has also delivered a CHEMICAL ATTACK - SCORCHED EARTH against the United States.

I know for a fact that the Delaware State Police approached him. I may or may not of seen Hamsaduta driving down the street with a pistol held out the window through Berkeley. It was Hamsaduta but I don’t know for sure what was in his hand.
From my understanding Sulochana dasa who was murdered in the middle of 1986 visited the Berkeley temple near Christmas 1985. I did not personally meet him but at a later date was informed that he had visited.

Currently I am in Desert Shores, CA along the Salton Sea. Events from Delaware and San Diego form the late 1970s and early 1980s are being reviewed. This is an ad hominem kangaroo court on the streets with no judge or adversial procedure.
It is clear how eugenics is being developed. Ex Caesar Rodney and Delaware State College coach Joe Purzyicki has emerged as figure that appears to be have had a similar experience in his lifespan. This will involve eugenics. Such is the use of knowledge of phenotype and genotype science to better the human race.
In degree here we are dealing with a RICO structure and the dealing of controlled substances as drugs and anabolic steroids. I have never knowingly purchased or ingested illegal anabolic steroids or growth hormones. I am familiar with the drug sub culture up until 1986. I am extremely well prepared to contest any person with a battery of drug tests to validate the discipline that I have underwent in case of any legal challenges.
It appears that Purzyicki is being used an example or hero to some of the Gay Militants of LAPD. I have personally never engaged in any male same sex behavior ever. Here it appears that steroids are distributed to individuals with a priority to LGBT orientation and other criteria as race and parental lineage.
I am being told that steroid use begins near the 5th grade. If one appears in a 7th grade or junior high school sports team looking several more years advanced this what most likely has occurred.
It appears that coaches and possibly college athletes are the dealers of steroids.
When living in San Diego, California, Joe Purzyicki has appeared at least twice meeting there with Delaware State Police officers as then Captain Marvel to hear this chemical attack unfold.
There appears to be a comparative synchronicity or psychoanalytical lifespan comparison of which persons are arranged to meet overtly or in the clandestine.
After the torture began Purzwyicki appeared in San Diego near when ex- Supreme Court Judge Sandra Day O’Conner appeared at University of San Diego.
I never played sports at any level in high school.
I do have 149.5 college credits with a GPA of 3.18. I am the only person out of 6 billion worldwide who has openly opposed this event with legal and published records.
Here one has to accurately place anabolic steroids and illegal drug contraband under the rule of law and also discern why nothing has been done to remedy abuse.

It has been discerned that a syndrome of traits constituting a profile is constructed and imposed over a person, I am using myself as example and is used to entrap one against the Theory of Laws. We will directly use the United States Constitution in my instance.
I have legally claimed that Cambridge Law School is origin of a scorched earth attack on the United States. It appears that they also contained a Gay Militia.
This is a profile that was and still used on my person unrelentingly and has been at least from my teens. This would include the 1970s onwards. I am one day senior in age to Barack Obama born August 3, 1961. I believe they are using a profile of him being a basket player. This would also be accurate for me until 8th grade as type of dream. I followed the Baltimore - Washington Bullets. My favorite players were Elvin Hayes, Wes Unseld, and Earl Monroe, hence the classic Bullets.

It is 100 percent apparent over my entire life that nearly 100 percent of any relationship with a female would end upon disclosure or not start upon disclosure that she was bisexual. This usually did not result in the end of a casual friendship however. Many of these persons were attractive and whose feelings I respected. It appears that since I am tolerant and was a very strong David Bowie fan as a youth this has resulted in a strong redherring attack on me being labeled as bisexual. I actually attended the first night of the Stage album in the 1970s at the Philadelphia Spectrum.
It is very credible that persons that grew up in Kent County, Delaware are receiving LIFE SENTENCES UNDER HABITUAL OFFENDER LAWS now based on this profile. By observation a study in New Mexico revealed that alcohol use and watching excessive violent television scenes were the primary traits responsible for adult male incarceration.
Drug dealers in Delaware are presented as heroes in other areas especially during this scorched earth. California is very prominent. In degree a Los Angeles based heavy metal culture has emerged since the 1970s and has diffused which could be a target for this impure synchronism.
This profile has some relevance to my person sans the LGBT orientation up until age 16. I have never been a heavy listener of heavy metal although I am familiar with the music mostly from association with friends who if given the opportunity would be play these group’s repertoire.
I do not listen to rap or hip hop. I listen to about 5 hours of classical music per week.

It is my opinion and analysis that the correct step to guarantee one’s present integrity and future posterity is to BOYCOTT THE 2008 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION between Barack Obama and John McCain. Neither candidate, both who are sworn public officials, who are US Senators have recognized systematic human rights abuses ongoing since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution.
Currently I am along the Salton Sea in California. The entire lake is chemically polluted. The air is polluted and exposed food products and as well as packaged products are contaminated.
This election is a convergence of a Perfect Dictator System.
Any individual or group supporting the acts of tyranny committed by the previous four presidents have contributed to one of the largest and definitely most successful acts of censorship in the history of the world.
Corporate History is becoming an important study. The actual emergence and consolidation of many abstract firms is and will be done at the expense of human life. I have lived in Delaware. Dupont is the most prestigious company with a pedigree that dates back to making gunpowder for the Revolutionary War against the British.

History, Profiling, Entrapment, and False Legacies
I have now spent over 22 years under systematic harassment. There is no doubt some type of cognitive behaviorist study will be undertaken to study how both perpetrators and victims emerged over their lifespan.

DSP chain of command full of missing links
The retirement of three senior commanders and the investigation of another have decimated the executive ranks of the Delaware State Police, an agency wracked by criminal and legal scandals.
While police officials contend Delaware's largest law enforcement agency is functioning without disruption, some believe public safety is being jeopardized by the leadership vacuum.
Four of the top seven posts -- the lieutenant colonel and three majors -- are vacant. The agency has 659 troopers and 287 civilian workers.
The only members of the executive staff who remain are two majors and Col. Thomas F. Mac Leish, who by law must step down from the top post in August when he turns 55, but could be removed in January when a new governor takes office. Mac Leish's replacement must come from within the force, according to Delaware law.
In addition, one of the remaining majors, Randall L. Hughes, has been implicated in a sexual harassment lawsuit by a state police secretary against a captain and a lieutenant. The woman alleges Hughes has been engaging in a prohibited sexual relationship with a civilian employee -- a charge that Mac Leish said lacked any specific details and would not comment further about.
"The organization is not being managed properly and that means the public welfare is being endangered," said Thomas S. Neuberger, a Wilmington attorney who has filed several discrimination and retaliation lawsuits against the state police. "Things have to fall through the cracks, and when that happens, you catch fewer criminals and prevent fewer crimes. And because of the leadership void, you'll have more instances of bad cops."
In the last four years, six troopers have been arrested. Their crimes: armed robbery, stealing drugs from an evidence locker, breaking into women's homes, using excessive force and writing fake tickets.
In the most serious case, Trooper HyunJin Kim of Dover masterminded the February robbery and pistol-whipping of players at a poker game at Wild Quail Golf and Country Club. Kim, who was a player in the game, pleaded guilty to robbery and a firearm charge this month and faces up to 50 years in prison.
In addition, Maj. Harry W. Downes Jr., who headed personnel matters and the state police recruit academy, was put on administrative leave with pay in August while state prosecutors investigated an allegation that has not been made public. Last week, Attorney General Beau Biden's office said no criminal conduct was found. Downes will remain on leave while state police conduct their own investigation, agency spokesman Sgt. Joshua Bushweller said.
Downes was the fourth top official to leave his post this year. Besides Downes:
•Lt. Col. Mark W. Seifert, who held the No. 2 post under Mac Leish, retired in March to take a top post at Delaware Technical and Community College.
•Maj. Paul Eckrich, who oversaw operations in Kent and Sussex counties, retired in June to become Lewes' city manager.
•Maj. Albert Homiak, who headed New Castle County operations, left in August to become the University of Delaware's public safety director.
None of the three who retired has been replaced.
Mac Leish, who has run the state police since May 2005, said he is handling Seifert's old workload. He added that Hughes, who oversees budget matters, and Joseph A. Papili, who is in charge of special operations, are picking up the other majors' duties. In addition, civilian managers are also taking on extra responsibilities, he said.
"We are a team," Mac Leish said. "There are demands on us and if the load becomes too great we will all pick up the pieces and make it a little lighter. It's not the ideal situation but I have every confidence in the leadership."
Gov. Ruth Ann Minner, who leaves office in January after two terms, would not agree to be interviewed about the situation. But in a written statement, the governor said, "We are also working to ensure that we keep plenty of troopers in our frontline positions. ... While I look forward to having a complete senior leadership team in place, I am extremely proud of our DSP and know our troopers are working hard each day to protect and serve the people of Delaware."
'Agency gets paralyzed'
State Rep. Bill Oberle, a longtime state police supporter, echoed others in saying he's troubled by all the vacancies in the hierarchical, paramilitary organization.
"It is a concern when any leadership position is vacant in any organization so dependent on an intact and engaged chain of command," Oberle said. "The longer these positions remain vacant, the burden of leadership falls on those who remain -- a less than desirable situation for any organization."
Charles Welford, a professor of criminology at the University of Maryland, said major police departments "are pretty severely disrupted" during a leadership transition. Having an orderly succession is critical so street troopers and detectives share a similar philosophy, he said.
With so many vacancies, Welford said, highways will be patrolled and crimes will be investigated, but management initiatives will suffer adverse effects.
"The agency gets paralyzed in addressing new challenges, implementing new programs and responding to new opportunities," Welford said. "No one would say this is ideal."
Others believe the agency will weather the vacancies without trouble.
Ivan Sun, a University of Delaware associate professor whose specialty is policing, said the agency "should be able to manage" the challenge, noting the staff of 19 captains, the rank below major, has experienced officers. "They should be able to step up and make the transition."
Younger troopers will advance as other higher-ranking officers are promoted. "I'm so glad to see those younger guys at the bottom finally get a chance on moving up," he said.
Sgt. Vincent P. Fiscella Jr., president of the Delaware State Troopers Association, agreed.
"It's certainly not an ideal situation but we're still getting the job done," Fiscella said. "The day-to-day work of our troopers continues as usual."
A decade of lawsuits
Whoever replaces Mac Leish and assumes the other top posts will be commanding an agency that has been stung by more than 20 lawsuits by troopers in the last decade, charging everything from sexual harassment to gender and racial hiring discrimination to retaliation. Three cases -- one by a secretary -- are pending.
The lawsuits, which have cost Delaware more than $7 million in damages, settlements and fees for attorneys and experts, have described a clique-like power structure dominated by white men, some with sexist, racist and homophobic attitudes. They have charged a locker-room mentality has fostered a culture of retaliation, favoritism and political meddling that influences discipline and promotions.
One of the most sensational cases involved Mac Leish's predecessor, L. Aaron Chaffinch of Bridgeville, now a candidate for a seat in the Delaware House of Representatives.
Barbara L. Conley, a captain who had failed to win promotion to major, alleged in a 2004 lawsuit that she did not get the post because of gender bias. She claimed Chaffinch would not put women in top posts, told smutty limericks, propositioned female workers and bragged about his sexual prowess. Chaffinch retired before the case went to court and a federal jury dismissed it, but not before hearing testimony that often made the agency's behind-the-scenes atmosphere appear more like a fraternity house than an elite crime-fighting force.
There was uncontested testimony about troopers in Bridgeville engaging in a hazing ritual called the "Bridgeville handshake," involving one trooper forcing a lower-ranked trooper's head to crotch level -- simulating a sex act -- while saying, "Wah-Ha."
Chaffinch also admitted on the stand he told a series of sexually explicit limericks, including one about "a man from Nantucket," while heading the force.
Witnesses also accused Conley of unprofessional and sometimes obscene behavior. One male trooper testified she grabbed him in the crotch while another said she made an obscene proposition to him at work.
Mac Leish said that during his tenure, he has weeded out troopers who behaved inappropriately and arrested those who commit crimes.
"We work extremely hard at policing ourselves," he said. "The men and women serve the public in an extremely outstanding manner. Are they going to make mistakes? Yes. But when we discover a problem we are quick to address it and we share [criminal] information with the public."
'Take a fresh look'
While Minner's statement said Mac Leish and David B. Mitchell, secretary of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security, are "working on options to fill the leadership vacancies," no timetable exists to fill the executive vacancies.
Mac Leish said the formal search process required to fill any of the posts has not yet begun, and and some observers said it's obvious nothing will change until a new governor takes office in January. Republican Bill Lee and Democrat Jack Markell face off for the state's top elective post in the November election.
The governor must approve the Homeland Security secretary's choice for colonel.
Mac Leish said he hopes to help the new governor get a management team in place before he has to step down in August. Mitchell said he hopes to survive the transition.
Republican Terry Spence, Delaware's Speaker of the House, said Minner would be wise to let her successor guide the agency.
"Hopefully, she'll do the right thing for the right reasons and allow the next governor to pick his own team and work with the new colonel to determine who will be best suited for those positions," Spence said.
Lee said he "was shocked" to learn there were so many executive vacancies, but added that "Mac Leish might be trying to preserve the state police for the next governor."
If elected, Lee said, he'd dismiss Mitchell from the post he has held since 2004. "I have spoken to a number of subordinates of his who have suggested he has been a disappointment," the GOP nominee said.
Mitchell countered that he's never met Lee and is proud of the work he's done for the state. "So he's heard things," Mitchell said. "Judge Lee doesn't want me to repeat what I've heard about him."
Lee, a former Superior Court judge, said if elected, he'd meet with Mac Leish and likely keep him at the helm for his first eight months in office as a senior adviser.
Markell said he knew some posts were vacant. "Obviously, we want to get them up to full strength. Should I be fortunate enough to win in November, come January I'll work with them to make that happen," the Democrat said. "Protection of our citizens is among the most important things any government can do. I will look forward to making sure we have the right people and the right number of people in those key positions."
Neuberger, the Wilmington attorney, said whoever is elected should take great pains to reform the agency, perhaps even by pushing the Legislature to change the law requiring the colonel to come from the ranks.
"The time has come for the new governor to take a fresh look at the state police," the attorney said, "and do something dramatic to restore it to the kind of integrity it had in the 1990s."

Recapitulating Salient Events

The bodies arrived here in disgrace. This is to state the air was contaminated by sulfur and some type of acid - Hydrochloric or muriatic perhaps. These are controlled substances. Only HAZMAT has the proper certification of license to posses or transport such.
Burning any chemical in a combustion engine will cause this chemical to be released in the smoke. The result is low grade chemical warfare. The University of Delaware has an electron microscope and it would still be easy to trace the individual brand of products used.
More interesting though is when Carlos Salinas de Gortari of the PRI won the presidential election in Mexico. It is widely believed that the election was stolen. I went to MEXICO DF the capitol to protest his inauguration. Capitan Marvel, Officer Cooper, and David Valeski of the Delaware State Police were there.
This was in scorched earth. As I was walking after the ceremony a Mexico PD policeman confronted me at the Dirrecion Pantilan subway station. He walked up to me in full uniform and told “We can kill you here.” He was about 5 foot seven and weighed about 140 lbs. He even stood there and let read his badge number which I could not do. After this happen I saw Capitan Marvel.
They were sent in to be entrapped. The correct jurisdiction would be the Federal Jurisdiction of Delaware.
I also went to the Inauguration of George H. W. Bush. This was during the last days of one Ronald Reagan. This was also in scorched earth. The same policeman were also there.
I would advise anyone over the age 18 now or anytime soon to not play DUMB. Making a false or misleading statement is a one year felony. On three lies one can be certified as a RICO structure. This will put one to ten years with a ten year statute of limitation.
I would swear as many persons into a grand jury where one has to answer question or be in contempt.
Prevention is Worth A Pound of Cure
Prevention is worth a pound of cure. This chemical attack could have occurred anywhere on earth based on the current equilibrium of human culture. The best solution is not to defect to the racketeering of police, here lead buy LAPD. This is basically a yellow brick road or career path which includes jobs and marriages. One of their mission goals which has been defeated is gay marriage which I am 100% opposed to. The main issue for me is direct criminal prosecution of the principals. Any interest attempting to use me to front LGBT marriage should be rejected as just sycophants or surrogates.
The Democratic Party is favored over the Republicans. I would make all current political parties illegal. They are treasonous and demonstrate no intention of bringing domestic terrorist in as the would mean turning themselves in refuting the fictious history of the Irrationalist Presidents of the past twenty years.
There is little doubt that this wrecking system has penetrated many faith based systems as the Catholic Church and ISKCON. In the latter this organization has to be careful of being independent of rigged sankirtana or fundraising. ISKCON has cleared out many of the conservative devotees and bhaktas in the wake of Srila Prabhupada. They still maintain a propaganda styled preaching that at it’s worse is a projection in the media with photo-ops and certain factions retaining legal control of the properties as to eliminate any dissenters.
The Delaware State Police, main code enforcement for the First State has similarly been transformed. Delaware has a very fast growing AIDS and crime rate. This is truly explained by defection and the police themselves working as informants for LAPD. The last time I checked official statistics Delaware had increasing crime rate in 9 out of 10 years. Out of the last 21 years I doubt if this agency has brought crime down in 17 of those years. Delaware has past the national average in AIDS.
The aggrandizement of Delaware is poor. The more money the state brings in the higher crime opportunities and other bad behaviors increase. The Delaware State Police are going to be held to the record as will ISKCON and the Catholic Church during this event.

I had promised to construct a website on Cambridge University by September. The recent nomination of Joseph Biden by Barack Obama provides an excellent opportunity form me to contrast my contributions to their culture of corruption and impunity. The history of Delaware that overlaps Joseph Biden's senate career and this tragedy cannot be ignored. It is easier to prosecute these sworn officials that to implicate a foreign actor.
The vice presidential candidacy of Joe Biden of Delaware adds greater emphasis
to the leadership vacuum. Delaware and Arizona are among the four most hardest
hit states during the chemical assault which began in Delaware on June 17, 1987.
I have a modest amount of correspondence with both McCain and Biden on the
undeclared attack on this country. I stuffed envelopes for Biden in his 1972
campaign. He is an alumnus of Rodney Village, a working class neighborhood of
average persons and military personnel.
I was born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, NM. The amount of tragedy from this
neighborhood is immense. Person's who lived in this neighborhood die at an
astonishing rate. Biden lived on Nathaniel Mitchell Drive. I lived ABOUT FIVE
HOUSE AWAY. His wife and infant were killed just after his election. Charles
Hagadorn who lived a few houses away was killed in the third degree. Preston
Gravatt, Mark Hoster, Pam Tiedgen, Michael Mimelo, and Kim Inverso have
committed suicide. The first three lived only houses away from Biden. Thomas
Schiller, Ann Polanski, and Carl Baltrusch have been killed in auto accidents.
Preston Gravatt was the driver of a vehicle in which Mrs. Gladden of Rodney
Village died.
If one were to go to the adjacent neighborhood Mayfair, Phil Moore has died in a
motorcycle accident. Recently a Blake Cahall, Blake Cahall whose father taught
me to drive as a drivers ed teacher, had a daughter who was involved in an accident with
six fatalities. Gary Kueskeski's father was a federal agent who drowned in the
Delaware Bay while attempting to inspect a cargo vessel. Ann Wiezoreck was
married to Calvin Eicko. He died in an accident. She married Mark Hoster who
comitted suicide. To return to Rodney
Village, David Laurea was convicted of the murder by arson death of his wife,
child, and friend in a house perhaps four away. He was put to death by
lethal injection.
I have sued the Delaware State Police in a habeas corpus action stating that
then Officer Shaner was an accomplice in permitting three persons to target
shoot. One of the individuals was killed by the shotgun in question. The shotgun
was brandished against me at an earlier date. Shaner was present the day I
stuffed envelopes for Biden. Thomas Schiller brought me to the Biden Campaign. I am not
sure if I met Joe Biden's wife that evening.
There are a few more fatalities. I apologize for my any incorrect spelling of names. I was known by all the parties mentioned.
One lesson to be learned is DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.
Beau Biden, is now Attorney General of Delaware.
Barack Obama, Joseph Biden, and Beau Biden should resign from office. None are
prepared to lead.
1984 and Dystopia

George Orwell’s 1984 is considered a classic in a literary genre dealing with totalitarianism and dystopia. There is a credible belief that actors in a system or cell of Cambridge Law School lawyers designed and help provide datum to Orwell. I perceive Orwell as an informant himself to some degree. I see him as Winston Smith, performing crimes for Big Brother to survive. I argue the Cambridge Law School is the mastermind of British Intelligence and that many of their tactics lay well outside of morality and law.
Here in the United States I have authored under duress twenty six United States Federal lawsuits making such claims. I have also linked this origin to implementers who are ordinary code enforcement officials; not an elitist M-16 or CIA.
Orwell wrote 1984 in London. The world in which he had experience of that he considered alarming was the totalitarianism of Spain and Russia. Orwell himself was a socialist in the Trotsky line. He correctly links the despotism of absolute power and technology to the enslavement of the individual. The party or groupist mechanism he frames is duplicit and always right.
My alienation and torture gives some vindication to his claims that he thought that England and capitalism would fall. On June 17, 1987, which is Queen’s Day in England so-called Western Christianity did indeed take a beating. The myth of democracy being a fool proof system for liberty and freedom is defeated.
As I write Russia is pounding Georgia for an armed attempt to return South Assetia to it’s control.
The use of technology as wiretaps and bugs placed in private and public is confirmed as widespread and abusive. The local police use ad hominem and actual criminal history to illegally invade the privacy of many persons. The right to remain secure is covered in the 4th Amendment. This particularly covers electronic surveillance.
What is also unique is that totalitarianism here in the United States emerges under the height of capitalism. The current mortgage debacle appears designed by Cambridge using banking capital. Hence destroying enemies with one’s own resources. The Illuminati theory of a New World Order are only partial truths. Bankers do no have the skills to design a society. Priests and academics have such systematic knowledge. The banking cartel only supplies the capital.
They are informants to designers of the United Kingdom and the Atlantic Group, now NATO’s interests.
So recently Kosovo’s independence is one up and Georgia’s imminent defeat is one down. In this power game there is now a concrete history of how Russia will engage NATO’s interests.
Are we heading to a world of supra national regime despotism? It appears likely but underneath such it will be Cambridge Law School designing activities.
My relationship with my sovereign, hence president George W. Bush is one of history’s great fictions at the present. Barack Obama who I am one day senior to nor John McCain is a solution to this predicament. If one wins he will consolidate a Perfect Dictator.

The word dystopia appears to have emerged in common practice as an inversion to the utopia movement of Christians and the like although there appears to be a Greek etymology.
John Stuart Mills, who has some knowledge of Greek stated, "It is, perhaps, too complimentary to call them Utopians, they ought rather to be called dys-topians, or caco-topians. What is commonly called Utopian is something too good to be practicable; but what they appear to favor is too bad to be practicable."
The taxonomy of dystopia is disputed academically. One consideration is that a dystopia does not lay claim to be a utopia. Anti-utopian in this instance refers to a society that lays claim to an ideal state but with a fatal flaw.
The dystopia is a bad place laying in opposition to the utopia or good place. In our consideration this simple disjunction gives an opening logically to de facto efforts by clandestine overt planners and code enforcement to wreck by prisoner’s dilemma religious missions and other political paradigms by use of informants and wrecking.

Aleksandr Solzenhenitsyn has died August 3, 2008 in Russia. I spent the day acknowledging my 47th birthday. I have not seen any comments from Barack Obama or John McCain. I read his book The Gulag Archpileago in the tenth grade. It was interesting that the Capitol School District made one read The Good Earth, Pearl S. Buck and Caesar Rodney High School gave 1984 and Animal Farm, George Orwell to task. In 1950, he was sent to a "Special Camp" for political prisoners. During his imprisonment at the camp in the town of Ekibastuz in Kazakhstan, he worked as a miner, bricklayer, and foundryman. His experiences at Ekibastuz formed the basis for the book One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich. While there he had a tumor removed, although his cancer was not then diagnosed.
From March 1953, Solzhenitsyn began a sentence of internal exile for life at Kok-Terek in southern Kazakhstan. His undiagnosed cancer spread, until, by the end of the year, he was close to death. However, in 1954, he was permitted to be treated in a hospital in Tashkent, where he was cured. These experiences became the basis of his novel Cancer Ward and also found an echo in the short story "The right hand". It was during this decade of imprisonment and exile that Solzhenitsyn abandoned Marxism and developed the philosophical and religious positions of his later life; this turn has some interesting parallels to Dostoevsky's time in Siberia and his quest for faith a hundred years earlier. Solzhenitsyn gradually turned into a philosophically-minded man in prison. He repented for what he did as a Red Army captain and in prison compared himself with the perpetrators of the Gulag ("I remember myself in my captain's shoulder boards and the forward march of my battery through East Prussia, enshrouded in fire, and I say: 'So were we any better?'") His transformation is described at some length in the fourth part of The Gulag Archipelago ("The Soul and Barbed Wire").
During his years of exile, and following his reprieve and return to European Russia, Solzhenitsyn was, while teaching at a secondary school during the day, spending his nights secretly engaged in writing. In his Nobel Prize acceptance speech he wrote, "during all the years until 1961, not only was I convinced I should never see a single line of mine in print in my lifetime, but, also, I scarcely dared allow any of my close acquaintances to read anything I had written because I feared this would become known."

§ 229. Prohibited activities
(a) Unlawful Conduct.— Except as provided in subsection (b), it shall be unlawful for any person knowingly—
(1) to develop, produce, otherwise acquire, transfer directly or indirectly, receive, stockpile, retain, own, possess, or use, or threaten to use, any chemical weapon; or
(2) to assist or induce, in any way, any person to violate paragraph (1), or to attempt or conspire to violate paragraph (1).
(b) Exempted Agencies and Persons.—
(1) In general.— Subsection (a) does not apply to the retention, ownership, possession, transfer, or receipt of a chemical weapon by a department, agency, or other entity of the United States, or by a person described in paragraph (2), pending destruction of the weapon.
(2) Exempted persons.— A person referred to in paragraph (1) is—
(A) any person, including a member of the Armed Forces of the United States, who is authorized by law or by an appropriate officer of the United States to retain, own, possess, transfer, or receive the chemical weapon; or
(B) in an emergency situation, any otherwise nonculpable person if the person is attempting to destroy or seize the weapon.
(c) Jurisdiction.— Conduct prohibited by subsection (a) is within the jurisdiction of the United States if the prohibited conduct—
(1) takes place in the United States;
(2) takes place outside of the United States and is committed by a national of the United States;
(3) is committed against a national of the United States while the national is outside the United States; or
(4) is committed against any property that is owned, leased, or used by the United States or by any department or agency of the United States, whether the property is within or outside the United States.
CHAPTER 73—OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
§ 1513. Retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant
(a)
(1) Whoever kills or attempts to kill another person with intent to retaliate against any person for—
(A) the attendance of a witness or party at an official proceeding, or any testimony given or any record, document, or other object produced by a witness in an official proceeding; or
(B) providing to a law enforcement officer any information relating to the commission or possible commission of a Federal offense or a violation of conditions of probation [1] supervised release,,[1] parole, or release pending judicial proceedings,
shall be punished as provided in paragraph (2).
(2) The punishment for an offense under this subsection is—
(A) in the case of a killing, the punishment provided in sections
1111 and 1112; and(B) in the case of an attempt, imprisonment for not more than 20 years.
(b) Whoever knowingly engages in any conduct and thereby causes bodily injury to another person or damages the tangible property of another person, or threatens to do so, with intent to retaliate against any person for—
(1) the attendance of a witness or party at an official proceeding, or any testimony given or any record, document, or other object produced by a witness in an official proceeding; or
(2) any information relating to the commission or possible commission of a Federal offense or a violation of conditions of probation [1] supervised release,,[1] parole, or release pending judicial proceedings given by a person to a law enforcement officer;
or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
(c) If the retaliation occurred because of attendance at or testimony in a criminal case, the maximum term of imprisonment which may be imposed for the offense under this section shall be the higher of that otherwise provided by law or the maximum term that could have been imposed for any offense charged in such case.
(d) There is extraterritorial Federal jurisdiction over an offense under this section.
(e) [2] Whoever knowingly, with the intent to retaliate, takes any action harmful to any person, including interference with the lawful employment or livelihood of any person, for providing to a law enforcement officer any truthful information relating to the commission or possible commission of any Federal offense, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.

I am writing you today to define the role that Delaware has played in the ongoing scorched earth that began in this state June 17, 1987. The Delaware State Police are still involved in electronic surveillance. There have been 2000 wildfires in California since late June. The Cub Complex fie is 20 miles from me.
All surface water is highly contaminated to the touch. Any water extracted from these lakes is TOXIC. All bottled water and many products have been adulterated at the factory.If I walk into a store all tap water is also chemically despoiled. The authorship has predicted that I would be most likely mildly insane at this point. I am somewhat compulsive because of the chemical assault. Most of these figures academically appear near cum laude honor students. While I do not have the upper division grades I do have empirical proof that I attempted and still am working to remedy a systematic RICO event. These sworn officers are under the color of law.
Life is extremely rigorous at the present. Any sworn official under age 50 should be concerned. I wish to swear in under oath as many witnesses as possible and not mess about. Defeating the Myth of the Contemporary Man

The following is the preface from the rewrite of Lycurgus, my first book. Such is more finished than a journal. The conditions I compose in are quite bad. I am lucky if I get more than three chances to read what I write before I have to accept what is at hand. I hold that the Vedic texts I have read are a more sustainable archetypical pattern to measure my life to the present day. I am continually more dedicated to the ritvik position and the developmental stage in bhakti yoga called guru nistha.
The music texts cited below that that are valuable are Delamont's Materials of Music II and Hamilton's Class Piano. The first text, of which I have completed both is Four Part harmony. Interestingly enough Elizabeth Hamilton is in a direct relationship with President Alexander Hamilton who was killed in a duel. I am not a piano player. UC standards require all majors to have two years of class piano. I imagine in a few weeks I could sight read in the treble clef and play one handed chords with one hand. This is fine for a guitarist.
The Steve Howe text is strict sheet music. I was just looking at amazon.com and the new books are tab. I had just memorized the Ancient in a straight not flamenco manner around 1990. Currently my Martin backpacker only goes to the fifteenth fret. I have had to cut out Debussey's Girl with the Flaxen Hair to the open phrase and make a medley with Beethoven's Fur Elise. I no longer follow popular music.

Preface
While in Santa Monica I did research and actually attended Santa Monica City College. I studied International Relations, Political Philosophy, Spanish, and Classic Guitar. The two texts I studied as political science were No Common Power by Lieber and From Plato to Marx.
Afterwards I traveled to San Diego. I read several texts, which I have helped, form the corpus of my works to this point in time. In directly the knowledge of these texts will also help demonstrate a level of skill denied by law enforcement to defame my person and help the qualification of others. The two principal parties here being the Delaware State Police and The Baltimore Studio.
There are other pieces of literature that are very important in the comprehension MOEC. I had read several Vedic texts prior to Lycurgus in June of 1987. The Great Books of History inclusive of all the world’s production are very important in the matization of MOEC’s worldview.
