Boycott the 2008 Presidential Election

It is my opinion and analysis that the correct step to guarantee one’s present integrity and future posterity is to BOYCOTT THE 2008 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION between Barack Obama and John McCain. Neither candidate, both who are sworn public officials, who are US Senators have recognized systematic human rights abuses ongoing since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution.

Currently I am along the Salton Sea in California. The entire lake is chemically polluted. The air is polluted and exposed food products and as well as packaged products are contaminated.

This election is a convergence of a Perfect Dictator System.

Any individual or group supporting the acts of tyranny committed by the previous four presidents have contributed to one of the largest and definitely most successful acts of censorship in the history of the world.

Corporate History is becoming an important study. The actual emergence and consolidation of many abstract firms is and will be done at the expense of human life. I have lived in Delaware. Dupont is the most prestigious company with a pedigree that dates back to making gunpowder for the Revolutionary War against the British.

Needless to state propping up figures as George W. Bush and Barack Obama with 2000 dollar contributions and soft money will not produce any positive figures from the private sector.

The individual or firm supporting TOTALITARIANISM only chooses to become it’s slave. Poetic justice is no justice at all. This will become apparent if Barack Obama wins for African Americans and for women if Sarah Palin is elected with John McCain.

Any spiritual leader supporting any despotic regime also defeats his own mission by negating a performance by lack of consciousness.

THE MOST MORAL, INTELLIGENT, AND SECURE POSITION IS TO BOYCOTT THESE CANDIDATES AND CREATE A CREDIBLE RECORD OF OPPOSITION TO TYRANNY.

Summary of Summer 2008

Plumas and Lassen County have been the jurisdiction for some of the most cruel and novel human rights abuse in history. What is poor is that this criminal activity has broad support at the racketeering level.

Earlier in 1999 from Greenfield I authored a writ of certiorari Nollmeyer v. U.S. Government et al. 98-7015 dismissed 1-19-1999.

When this event began on June 17, 1987, I became aware that I had fallen further in my Gaudiya Vaishnava faith. The Hare Krishna Movement as per ISKCON was also in much turmoil which I argue is related to LAPD in this country and Scotland Yard in Europe. The authorship is Cambridge Law School.

LAPD contains a Gay Militia. I am pro heterosexual and deeply conservative when compared to a per se a Republican or Democrat. I am supporting Proposition 8.

I have lived over 20 years in California. In the early 1980s I went to college in San Diego and Oakland. I have never practiced homosexuality or bisexuality.

I later went to college even during this horrendous event at Cuesta College. This too does not support the LGBT sanitization that is attempting to mitigate torture.

Direct Complaint to Homeland Security

This is the last prompt before a summary. I am confronting the local population and officials of Lassen County with Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff.

This is entire site should be read as a criminal complaint produced under duress.

I am sustaining these positions:

  1. I am openly confronting a Gay Militancy run out of LAPD

  2. There is scorched earth and totalitarian harassment here

  3. The air, surface water in lakes and faculties here are chemically corrupted

  4. I do not support Gay marriage or LGBT identity or behavior

  5. I do not use illegal drugs, alcohol, gamble or support marijuana

In contemplating this I find a great duty in myself to expose the charlatanism of the so-called patriots and transcendentalists who have claimed some virtue in the above.

Power Realities Versus Obama

Barack Obama has finished the Democratic Convention with a historic speech in front of 84,000 persons. I will argue that this is a prime example of the culture creating it’s own elimination. Barack Obama has not even recognized the grievous totalitarian abuses of which he is a continuation of. The hardball response of Russia in Georgia is in focus now as Putin has alleged that he believes actors in the United States orchestrated the event to promote a candidate.

John McCain has benefited from this event. This morning he nominated Sarah Palin 44 year old unknown Governor of Alaska as vice president. This morning’s headlines are now dominated by this act of change.

To return, Barack Obama’s fiction obstructs justice and is unethical in itself. Neither team of candidates are capable of negotiating nuclear or chemical weapons.

This country is under serious attack. I have blogged and posted a severe criticism of Joseph Biden on Sean Hannity’s Forum and Newzap which runs newspapers conveniently in Arizona.

The American Presidency is irrationalist. It is no more than a Vichy as the Nazi’s installed in France in WWII.

America has sold it soul. The price will be born out in the external environment. The sad, but concrete reality is that Barack Obama has the Audacity of Hope to pull this stunt on the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s I Have a Dream Speech.

Let history decide.

Power Realities and Sanitization of History

The culture of corruption as personified by the Gay Militia of LAPD continues to believe that torture and isolation will promote the LGBT platform. Westwood, Lassen County, California is increasingly becoming one of the poorest locations to build upon for this group.
 
The environment is hellish water, air, food, property, and persons as myself are chemically contaminated. The use of criminal ingenuity is more of a core value to the Gay Militancy than superiority of character and ethics. Simple wrecking of objects is their agenda.
 
The demonization and propping up of false straw arguments completes the history to date.
 
Examples as that I am LGBT or promoting such as an identity are false. A recollection by a devotee on dandavats.com highlights this activity. In short Sudama prabhu a senior Prabhupada disciple contracted AIDS. He went to a female devotee who cared for him until he died. This was several years past. In degree LGBT and sexual practices in general are under Maya Shakti. Jiva spirit souls do not need sexual intercourse to be created. The conditioned entities practice Garbhadana Samskara to progenate. The propagation of LGBT as svarupa siddhi is sani sahijaya and prakita sahijaya.

Omkara devi dasi does deserve credit for an extraordinary effort for her seva.

Led Zeppelin is one of the red herring fronts that I am supposed to be indentified with. I am not into heavy metal. I am quite familiar with their music. I actually had a ticket for what would of been the largest Led Zeppelin concert in Philadelphia in 1977. Two of Robert Plant's children were killed in an auto accident and the group broke up. Robert Plant turned 60 yesterday.
 
I have bought some mp3s. One is a guitar concerto by Alan Hovahness. He wrote the Vishnu Symphony. He also wrote a small improvisation for Hrskesa prabhu, the biographer of New Vrndavana. If I attempt to load the file on my phone on which I am now writing these militants will delete such. I am listening to a midi mp3 of Beethoven's Appasionata Sonata.

I have just listened to a Prabhupada lecture.
 
I do not drink alcohol, do drugs, gamble, or engage in illicit sex. I have to eat whatever is not chemically contaminated.
 
At this point in time I am sure that the only way I would marry is with a committed heterosexual within my faith.

Syncretism and Dystopia

Syncretism is the moving and combining of two different paradigm shifts into a different end state than either existing model. This is an experiential not abstract consideration or a priori conceptual model. (See synthetic logic)

Many faith based practices claim an ideal state where humans have originated from or could return to a perfected status.

The word dystopia appears to have emerged in common practice as an inversion to the utopia movement of Christians and the like although there appears to be a Greek etymology.

John Stuart Mills, who has some knowledge of Greek stated , "It is, perhaps, too complimentary to call them Utopians, they ought rather to be called dys-topians, or caco-topians. What is commonly called Utopian is something too good to be practicable; but what they appear to favor is too bad to be practicable."

The taxonomy of dystopia is disputed academically. One consideration is that a dystopia does not lay claim to be a utopia. Anti-utopian in this instance refers to a society that lays claim to an ideal state but with a fatal flaw.

The dystopia is a bad place laying in opposition to the utopia or good place. In our consideration this simple disjunction gives an opening logically to de facto efforts by clandestine overt planners and code enforcement to wreck by prisoner’s dilemma religious missions and other political paradigms by use of informants and wrecking.

The most powerful example of this tactic is the era of Irrationalist Presidents of the past 21 years in continuo. There is a credible belief to be live that Cambridge Law School is behind the state planning of the United Kingdom. This is prima facie actually, but in degree the idea that there are tactics being designed at a very high skill level that are bellicose and war like contradicts the moral and ethical considerations of western polity. This spray can be applied on certain objects as food and clothing in alienating an individual or group, even a specific company. The sense of taste would immediately be attacked as it is the solubility of elements on the tongue. Olfaction is the evaporation of elements in the nose. Here this is all related to taste. The use of loud music, noise, and sleep deprivation has and is in practice in Israel and the United States. This is in part an attack on audition.

Chemical assault with a catalyst is easily achieved by a host of over the counter and controlled substances, caustics, and combustion to damage sight.

The era of Irrationalist Presidents is implemented by a LGBT - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender militia within LAPD based on a relative morality that is no more than a principle to kill off one’s conscience of what is right or wrong.

Here these lower structural movers are also the future scapegoats as they have they have no basis in standing law for their activities other than the corruption of the presidents and other law enforcement agencies.

By isolating one individual the seeds of dystopia are planted. Natural species are open systems to their environments and chemical disintegration of the ecosystem is the immediate result as Fatalism and dependency occur as de facto elements crowd out one's resources and opportunities.

The Legal, Historical, and Didactic Treatment of the Record

I have taken what are truly extraordinary measures to create authorized high quality records, albeit produced under duress that are free from falsification, confounding and interpolation. There are many levels of analysis. The legal, historical, and didactic treatment is becoming focalized.

LAPD contains a Singe Issue Terror Cell that believes it is a POSITIVE ASSET to LGBT concerns. This area is under a severe chemical and electronic surveillance attack. All my work can be viewed as the opposition. I am a spiritual conservative who believes that heterosexuality is a natural construction of natural laws under an Absolute Controller. This is called Ishvara in Vedic thought. It is illegal I believe to promote this perspective in public schools in California now. There can be no reference in that a mother is a genetic woman or a father a genetic male. All this is optional in neuter gender based phenomenology that each individual chooses.

In degree at the political level I am independent when I choose to enter such dialogues at all.

I am unilaterally opposed to ALL PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES. LAPD wishes me to front the Democrats and Barack Obama.

The month of July will be remembered in human rights history for several reasons. Serbian strongman Radovan Karadzic was finally detained in Belgrade. This psychologist turned alternative healer has been deemed culpable for the Srebrenica Massacre of 1995. Over 8,000 Muslim men and youths were systematically killed in Bosnia.

International International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Presiding Judge Theodor Meron stated:

By seeking to eliminate a part of the Bosnian Muslims [Bosniaks], the Bosnian Serb forces committed genocide. They targeted for extinction the forty thousand Bosnian Muslims living in Srebrenica, a group which was emblematic of the Bosnian Muslims in general. They stripped all the male Muslim prisoners, military and civilian, elderly and young, of their personal belongings and identification, and deliberately and methodically killed them solely on the basis of their identity.[9]

Here in Westwood, California where I have been since May 9,2008 a very severe scorched earth campaign is underway against me. The surface water in all the major lakes is chemically contaminated. Food in stores is contaminated from factories and shipped around me. I am chemically contaminated as all the clothing I can touch has been sprayed by the police and agents. A very serious epistemological attack has been made to poison all that I can see, hear, taste, smell, and touch. This has been ongoing since June 17, 1987 the 200th birthday of the United States Constitution.

I am exactly one day senior in age to Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico.

Barack is living in a bubble that is parallel to the isolation of myself that has created the world’s most successful censorship. Barack Obama is a strawman as a leader. The Brandenburg Gate has been a backdrop to the famous and the infamous.

Spiritual Conservatism and New Raman Reti Alachua Florida ISKCON

LAPD is sounding no more than a juvenile psychopath in a circular argument. One should consider the article on pathological lying on the home page. Here we see LAPD attempting to spread an old hearsay argument that I am affiliated with New Raman Reti, Alachua Florida. This is an ISKCON Hare Krishna commune. I am a practicing Gaudiya Vaishnava. LAPD is a Gay Militia. They have been successful in propping up LGBT orientated diksa gurus and driving dissenters out. This event is out in the open now but it is not common knowledge to the general public. Just as in Christianity there are liberal wings as the Methodists and Episcopalians this will be found in all faiths. Hrdayananda Maharaj (Howard Resnik) is an ISKCON diksa guru with a major paper on pro third gender or LGBT concerns.

I am a spiritual conservative. I am aligned with the heterosexual male Brahmin or priest standard. This is quite complicated to discuss here as basically I am intending to one prosecute guilty officials and agents and then two refute redherring/strawman arguments.

I do not support the Episcopalians in their definition of priesthood. A Bishop, I believe a Mr. Robinson who is the center of the firestorm, no pun intended as it is still quite smoky here, just visited Sacramento in the last month or so. I do not have the time to direct any opposition towards him nor did he cease the initiative as a Christian to point out mortal sin.

Criminal Complaint Against John Ashcroft Soon

A criminal complaint against former United States Attorney General John Ashcroft will occur hopefully in the next week with the FBI. The statute of limitations is close although this depends on the degree of the charges. Due process and Chemical assault, electronic surveillance and obstruction of justice will form the legal points here. Here are a few examples.

CHAPTER 11B—CHEMICAL WEAPONS

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 11B > § 229

§ 229. Prohibited activities

(a) Unlawful Conduct.— Except as provided in subsection (b), it shall be unlawful for any person knowingly—

(1) to develop, produce, otherwise acquire, transfer directly or indirectly, receive, stockpile, retain, own, possess, or use, or threaten to use, any chemical weapon; or

(2) to assist or induce, in any way, any person to violate paragraph (1), or to attempt or conspire to violate paragraph (1).

(b) Exempted Agencies and Persons.—

(1) In general.— Subsection (a) does not apply to the retention, ownership, possession, transfer, or receipt of a chemical weapon by a department, agency, or other entity of the United States, or by a person described in paragraph (2), pending destruction of the weapon.

(2) Exempted persons.— A person referred to in paragraph (1) is—

(A) any person, including a member of the Armed Forces of the United States, who is authorized by law or by an appropriate officer of the United States to retain, own, possess, transfer, or receive the chemical weapon; or

(B) in an emergency situation, any otherwise nonculpable person if the person is attempting to destroy or seize the weapon.

(c) Jurisdiction.— Conduct prohibited by subsection (a) is within the jurisdiction of the United States if the prohibited conduct—

(1) takes place in the United States;

(2) takes place outside of the United States and is committed by a national of the United States;

(3) is committed against a national of the United States while the national is outside the United States; or

(4) is committed against any property that is owned, leased, or used by the United States or by any department or agency of the United States, whether the property is within or outside the United States.

CHAPTER 73—OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

§ 1509. Obstruction of court orders

Whoever, by threats or force, willfully prevents, obstructs, impedes, or interferes with, or willfully attempts to prevent, obstruct, impede, or interfere with, the due exercise of rights or the performance of duties under any order, judgment, or decree of a court of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

No injunctive or other civil relief against the conduct made criminal by this section shall be denied on the ground that such conduct is a crime.

Focusing on What is Important

I am slowly attempting and meeting with some positive results in attempting to clean up the writing and focus on the salient not recessive structures that will define the historic, legal, and didactic outcome of this event. I did not expect that a red herring tactic would be used in the intensity that it has been.

I am strongly refuting Barack Obama for the record. I have been an Arizona resident so there is a strong history in this state whether I write such down or not concerning John McCain. Since McCain is 72 and I personally believe he will I am slightly creating record for Obama first. I am exactly one day older than he is (46 years of age). He should live to see this event prosecuted. If he does not it all demonstrates that he himself is a strawman for tyranny.

Here in the High Sierras (Lassen and Plumas Counties CA) there is a strong drug and marijuana culture. As seen I do not do drugs or alcohol. The days are wasted in the smoke of wildfires listening to a rambling nonstop discourse over the prize female most compatible mate from thirty years past in Delaware.

This is sadism as LAPD wishes to attack anyone who knew or knows me. This is ad hominem.

The heavy metal rock group Led Zeppelin is used as a front and this type of straw argument causes chaos because I do not listen to heavy metal although I am familiar with this group’s repertoire. As one can see there is a bad attempt at scientific determinism and developmental psychology.

Engaging the FBI

The whole posture of the culture eternal, natural, and positive law is on it's head. There is no recognition as to the systematic torture that has been ongoing for over 20 years. In this regard I am engaging the FBI with criminal complaints as to why parties have not been charged and bound over to the courts. Homeland Security has jurisdiction over all code enforcement officials in the United States. It is clear that these parties are under the color of law.

The First Half of 2008 - Disaster

Defeating the Myth of the Contemporary Man

The following is the preface from the rewrite of Lycurgus, my first book. Such is more finished than a journal. The conditions I compose in are quite bad. I am lucky if I get more than three chances to read what I write before I have to accept what is at hand. I hold that the Vedic texts I have read are a more sustainable archetypical pattern to measure my life to the present day. Interestingly enough Elizabeth Hamilton is in a direct relationship with President Alexander Hamilton who was killed in a duel. I am not a piano player. UC standards require all majors to have two years of class piano. I imagine in a few weeks I could sight read in the treble clef and play one handed chords with one hand. This is fine for a guitarist.

The Steve Howe text is strict sheet music. I was just looking at amazon.com and the new books are tab. I had just memorized the Ancient in a straight not flamenco manner around 1990. Currently my Martin backpacker only goes to the fifteenth fret. I have had to cut out Debussey's Girl with the Flaxen Hair to the open phrase and make a medley with Beethoven's Fur Elise. I no longer follow popular music.

Lycurgus

The current selection named Lycurgus at this point needs to be re-written due to its negligent destruction by mother probably at the arrangement of law enforcement.
Lycurgus was the first large writing I had ever undertook, this being a book of about 90 pages. The book was written in Lordsburg, New Mexico in February to March of 1995 in 30 days and re-written in Tifton, Georgia by hand. The book was disposed of with material in Dover, Delaware.

While in Santa Monica I did research and actually attended Santa Monica City College. I studied International Relations, Political Philosophy, Spanish, and Classic Guitar. The two texts I studied as political science were No Common Power by Lieber and From Plato to Marx.

Afterwards I traveled to San Diego. I read several texts, which I have helped, form the corpus of my works to this point in time. In directly the knowledge of these texts will also help demonstrate a level of skill denied by law enforcement to defame my person and help the qualification of others. The two principal parties here being the Delaware State Police and The Baltimore Studio.

There are other pieces of literature that are very important in the comprehension MOEC. I had read several Vedic texts prior to Lycurgus in June of 1987. The Great Books of History inclusive of all the world’s production are very important in the matization of MOEC’s worldview.

Criminal Determinism: Nativism, Socialization, and Sexuality

One of the most important observations in the history of MOEC is that criminal determinism is largely predicated on being an informant. Within this argument there is a conflict between a priori internal genetics and inductive socialization.

Here it is observable that the construction of the Gay Militia within LAPD and The Baltimore Studio are LGBT. The Delaware State Police are mostly heterosexual. I am not sure of the Baltimore PD. This information is what I have heard from these individuals hence again what is called hearsay. This is the auditory stimulus that I am being exposed to allegedly from the membership of theses structures. Conversely I am solidly heterosexual and any study of my lifespan will verify such.

Hence the LGBT platform is creating the worst criminals at the public non-managemental unsworn officials. LAPD will create crime multipliers from informants and hierarchically aim such at competent officials as the president, governor, homeland security secretary, and attorney general.

It is clear that incest, LGBT orientation, and molestation as a child are the greatest indicator of future criminality. This is compounded by being an informant. Drug abuse, alcohol use, and other behavior that is socialized by a negative relation with a code enforcement official is also prominent.

In this regards with the groups mentioned, the County of Los Angeles, California, Delaware, and the Western Shore of Maryland have produced the most career and pathological criminals. The Baltimore - Washington area is most likely to have also produced the highest crime rate in the last twenty years.

The construction in Los Angeles PD for permitting twenty white LGBT officers to work exclusively is a tremendous error. This cell structure will only magnify their worst characteristics without checks. There should have been diversity and direct supervision both within and without LAPD.

The Baltimore Studio or The Studio has a five to two ratio of African Americans and two Caucasians.

The systematic torture is also predicated on an inferiority complex. Most displacement or the use of a substitute target is related to such. Here a nexus with body dysmorphic disorder is observed in a supporting role to psychopathy. The average Body Mass Index for LGBT persons is easily between 30 -38. Obesity is over 30. I have a BMI of less than 23 almost 47 years of age. LGBT member are near thirty in groups supra. The age is a range of 51 to 57 with one member about 66.

Barack Obama, on June 3, 2008 became the first African American to clinch the presidential nomination of a major political party. Obama by using a mantra of Change defeated a resurgent Hillary Clinton who seeked to be the first woman to stake such a claim. Clinton’s main policy issue was universal healthcare. It took within one hour of the close of an arduous primary campaign to cinch the nomination. A orchestrated flow of superdelegates gave Obama the needed majority at the close of the South Dakota polls which he lost. Obama won the final Montana primary which closed an hour later.

Personally, I was in Westwood, California and had just turned on my laptop after recharging such with a small battery of solar panels in the forest. This was slightly before 6:00 PST. On MSNBC, Hillary Clinton was speaking in New York City. I was able to view this live. Only recently has the modem speed on my smartphone service been able t o delivery about the equivalent of 54kbs which would permit me to watch such in real time. I normally would not watch regular television and I just left my small handheld transistor radio at the bus stop for whomever wanted it.

John McCain has already locked up the Republican nomination and Barack Obama will face this war hero for the presidency.

One of the most prominent measures of a president is the ability to identify and solve the problem and crises that the nation faces. Hence George Washington in defeating the British and being the first president is considered by many to be the greatest leader. Abraham Lincoln is gaining strongly in this measure by ending slavery.

George Bush is the crisis president. One must consider that 9-11 must have some blame placed on his predecessors. Needless to state Bush did not recognize me. I usually state such in the subject header of emails as In re: Nollmeyer. This is in conformity with the Rules For the United States Supreme Court and one could recognize such as in the styling of an extraordinary writ.

The United States or the leadership still has not recognized a chemical assault against the nation. All public officials in my cognition have no known objective remedy and records to the internal crisis which may construed as an act of war. The allegation is that Cambridge Law School is the authorship and origin. LAPD contains a Gay Militia which is leading the attack with the Delaware State Police and Baltimore Police Department as lower level co-principals.

The attack seeks to avenge LGBT treatment with me as a foil. I have survived by adhering to the teachings of my Gaudiya Vaishnava faith by following basic instruction in the original Bhagavad Gita As It Is by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

An unnamed Baltimore Studio or The Studio also in involved. They are LGBT orientated. Such are involved in the mutilation of evidence. In this regards a tactic of Gay Militancy is to frame a heterosexual as a LGBT person. This is the case in the United States as over 42 states have become despoiled with no affective remedy by sworn official.

I am one day older than Barack Obama, being born August 3, 1961. Gay marriages are set to begin June 17, 2008 here in California. This is the birthday of the United States Constitution. This event became on the June 17, 1987 the 200th Anniversary of this document.

The ballot initiative to limit marriage to one man, one woman has been placed on the November ballot both in California and Florida.

I support these measures which are similar to that in 26 states.

Persons that wish to teach from a spurious history of corrupt records will only be humiliated and defeated. This also true from those who do not even recognize objective history.

At the present date neither candidate for the president is an agent of positive real change. John McCain and Barack Obama will only prove that democracy does not lead to freedom. Such leads to totalitarianism and a Perfect Dictator. This is a democratically elected system that gradually marginalizes and enslaves it citizens.

In lieu of this on has to consider if the Democratic and Republican Parties are not RICO structures hence racketeered influenced corrupt organizations that should be dismantled and divested.

Move to Northern California for the Summer

I have just arrived to Westwood, CA in Lassen County. I will spend my summer here and in Plumas County. I attempted a writ of certiorari cv - 98 -7015 in the United States Supreme Court from Plumas County. This is one of the ten most important cases in the history of the United States.

I have arrived to Lassen - Plumas County CA. It is very beautiful. When I am in the forest it is quite serene. In the towns as Susanville the effects of being an informant are still evident in antisocial behavior.

Hillary Clinton is 121 delegates away from being defeated. Ted Kennedy is in the hospital. President Bush has claimed that the Democrats may appease agents of terrorism. Barack Obama appears to be everything but change. His offer to debate homeland security “anytime, anyplace, anywhere” will only prove that he is part of the Perfect Dictator. The Circular Folly Attacks Itself

The latest irrational misuse of morality and logic comes at the expense of ISKCON GBC Malati devi dasi based out of New Vrndavana, West Virginia. As one can accordingly see I support heterosexual monogamy as the exclusive support for Garbhadana Samskara or creating a spiritual child.

Malati devi dasi is a senior devotee. LAPD is accusing her of being or have being lesbian. She is also alleged to be HIV positive due to injecting heroin.

In United States Federal Court repeating an argument that has been addressed is a malicious and frivolous pleading. I have had two federal suits dismissed as of March 20, 2008. They are RICO suits in the Federal Eastern District for California cases MC-100 and MC-101 Nollmeyer versus William Lockyer, CA AG, and Bernard Parks, Chief LAPD were dismissed.

These suits directly address the perpetration of chemical assault, torture, and the entire system that links to my Krishna Conscious faith.

My position on LGBT is also within these cases, again pro-heterosexual.

Here one can state that LAPD is part of the moral relevatism - LGBT platform. There is also a smaller absolute morality LGBT platform.

ISKCON and Gaudiya Vaishnavism can never be relative morality. Homosexuality is explained in terms of karma. Such does not exist in the ABSOLUTE PLATFORM of Vaikuntha or as part of one's svarupa or original identity. Svarupa Siddhi means completely being free from any bodily identification and desire in relation to Krishna. Hence this is one's original status in some rasa. Any line of thought supporting these LGBT patterns is outside of siddhanta or authorized teachings of the Gaudiya Sampradaya.

Hence they are an accommodation due to time, place, and circumstance. The most unusual act of change by a major teacher or acarya is the japa or chanting standard that Srila Prabhupada set for ISKCON at 16 rounds. 64 rounds is considered surrendered. Srila Sridhara of Gaudiya Math set a standard of only 4 which is considered as survival.

Here we can see that the modern situation is degrading to the sadhana or daily practice of past times. Hence drug use, eating meat, gambling, and illicit sex are to blame for the troubles within the movement writ large.

I have to be more open, transparent, and assertive. This means keeping in public and using direct facts as much as possible.
