Since June 17, 1987 a de facto manifest and systematic scorched earth and electronic has been carried out by a cell of militant Los Angeles Police Department members, Baltimore Police Department, Delaware State Police, and The Baltimore Studio or The Studio.

It is prima facie to conclude that Homeland Security always was a greater concern that any perspective or policy had implemented. In this degree four presidencies have been ruined as:

Ronald Reagan

George H. W. Bush

William Clinton

George W. Bush

I have discussed these presidencies as Irrationalist Presidents as there is no demonstrable philosophy or ethic carried out by these persons and their administration to uphold their sworn oaths as president and public officials.

LAPD is an unseen higher structural level of government that has usurped the propriety of their position.

WHAT IS UNIQUE IS THAT THEY DESCRIBE THEMSELVES AS A ‘MILITANT GAY’ CELL.

It is clear here that I do not pertain to any such configuration. The Lesbian - Gay - Bisexual - Transgender (LGBT) movement will damaged by this condoned and sanitized event.

This community will have to carry their own water as I am have realized that they are better able to advocate themselves than I would be able to.

June has historical background as Queens Day in England, the Birthday of the United States Constitution, and the day that Watergate was broken. This last event was also rigged by LAPD.

What is unique in this TOTALITARIAN EVENT is that I am surrounded by electronic surveillance 24/7 365 days a year. Originally if I attempted to move or free myself from this corruption police and agents would spray the ant and environment with chemicals in a non-military grade manner. Most of the chemicals are precursors to drug synthesis as Methamphetamine and Cocaine.

What is also unique is that it is alleged that this event was designed outside of the United States by Cambridge University. This would have been previously around the late 1880s to 1930s when such was handed to LAPD.

So then Cambridge University is a higher structural level that controls this system.

In this manner LAPD has infected the government as a bot virus imitates a an operating system in a computer. This may be done without initially destroying the system.

The fallacy is to pursue me as I move physically and intellectually and spread the scorched earth and recruit informants to destroy the United States, The Constitution, and The Presidency.

The Fly

The leader of Gay Militia is code named The Fly. It is apparent that all members of three shifts of officers will call themselves the Fly(ies). Herein they attempt to secure the worst performer morally and legally. This person may retire this year. This would place him at or about 64 - 65 years of age. He or they in turn claim to be Gay advocates for me which is ludicrous and a Red Herring/Strawman.

Herein in the journal and other sites a trait of totalitarianism will be seen as to isolate. The Flies claim that I am LGBT and that this will legitimize the scorched earth - chemical attacks and electronic surveillance. This is a cognitive defect and abnormal. The rule of law ascertains the Bill of Rights in the United States. I will argue all arguments to have a basis in a resource with criminal and civil laws. The agents of The Flies believe that this cell of LAPD officers, A Gay Militia can obstruct justice indefinitely.

It is no effort for me to remain heterosexual and I will write and continue to advocate this position as I communicate with competent authorities.

Logical Fallacies

The main tactic used by LAPD is the reductio ad absurdium. This is an appeal to ignorance and/or proving a negative. What will occur is a lengthy ad hominem attack that appears to biographical. A slew of possible heterosexual contacts are produced. If there is no proof of heterosexuality it is immediately proposed that I am gay, bisexual, or transgender. I will use LGBT hereafter for simplicities sake.

An entire use of fallacies are used. the main are:

ad hominem - Against the person. This includes any background, genetics, cultural traits and so forth.

ad populum - Appeal to the gallery. This is simply asking for bystander participation. Pontius Pilate asks the crowd as to whether he should set Jesus free.

ad misericordium - To the misery of the appeal. If one chooses to appeal to the suffering of a particular location, their condition may hinder rational choice making. Also attempting to persuade one by invoking the conditions of a particular geographic area.

Entrapment Profiling

A concept of civil and social contract law is that one will have rights and duties of citizenship spelled out in a constitution or compact. This conspiracy alienates one from the agreement one has with one's government and international law. Here we are dealing at the national level with the United States of America. Internationally the Universal System is part of the United Nations with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the Bill of Rights or the substantive rights of the individual before the state.

In this systematic pattern of defection the tacit interests of the law enforcement and the authors who are alleged to be Cambridge Law School circa the 1930s.

In this instance de facto movers as stated have labeled me a biker - gang member or a code name Days Inn which is a motel brand. The code is for a LGBT individual most likely a middle-aged man. (I am 45 years of age at this time.)

Here I am an informant to the artificial John Doe of abstract citizenship. Past school members of Cuesta College are also use to hostage me. My rights do not proceed from any status that these LGBT students may or may not have.

Prisoner's Dilemma

Many points in this article may be difficult to understand without a background in the elementary concepts of game theory.

Will two prisoners cooperate to minimize total loss of liberty or will one of them, trusting the other to cooperate, betray him so as to go free?

In game theory, the prisoner's dilemma is a type of non-zero-sum game in which two players can "cooperate" with or "defect" (i.e. betray) the other player. In this game, as in all game theory, the only concern of each individual player ("prisoner") is maximizing his/her own payoff, without any concern for the other player's payoff. In the classic form of this game, cooperating is strictly dominated by defecting, so that the only possible equilibrium for the game is for all players to defect. In simpler terms, no matter what the other player does, one player will always gain a greater payoff by playing defect. Since in any situation playing defect is more beneficial than cooperating, all rational players will play defect.

The unique equilibrium for this game is a Pareto-suboptimal solution—that is, rational choice leads the two players to both play defect even though each player's individual reward would be greater if they both played cooperate. In equilibrium, each prisoner chooses to defect even though both would be better off by cooperating, hence the dilemma.

In the iterated prisoner's dilemma the game is played repeatedly. Thus each player has an opportunity to "punish" the other player for previous non-cooperative play. Cooperation may then arise as an equilibrium outcome. The incentive to defect is overcome by the threat of punishment, leading to the possibility of a cooperative outcome. If the game result is infinitely repeated, cooperation may be a Nash equilibrium although both players defecting always remains an equilibrium.

The classical prisoner's dilemma

The Prisoner's dilemma was originally framed by Merrill Flood and Melvin Dresher working at RAND in 1950. Albert W. Tucker formalized the game with prison sentence payoffs and gave it the "Prisoner's Dilemma" name (Poundstone, 1992).

The classical prisoner's dilemma (PD) is as follows:

Two suspects, A and B, are arrested by the police. The police have insufficient evidence for a conviction, and, having separated both prisoners, visit each of them to offer the same deal: if one testifies for the prosecution against the other and the other remains silent, the betrayer goes free and the silent accomplice receives the full 10-year sentence. If both stay silent, both prisoners are sentenced to only six months in jail for a minor charge. If each betrays the other, each receives a two-year sentence. Each prisoner must make the choice of whether to betray the other or to remain silent. However, neither prisoner knows for sure what choice the other prisoner will make. So this dilemma poses the question: How should the prisoners act?

The dilemma can be summarized thus:

The dilemma arises when one assumes that both prisoners only care about minimizing their own jail terms. Each prisoner has two options: to cooperate with his accomplice and stay quiet, or to defect from their implied pact and betray his accomplice in return for a lighter sentence. The outcome of each choice depends on the choice of the accomplice, but each prisoner must choose without knowing what his accomplice has chosen to do.

Let's assume the protagonist prisoner is working out his best move. If his partner stays quiet, his best move is to betray as he then walks free instead of receiving the minor sentence. If his partner betrays, his best move is still to betray, as by doing it he receives a relatively lesser sentence than staying silent. At the same time, the other prisoner's thinking would also have arrived at the same conclusion and would therefore also betray.

If reasoned from the perspective of the optimal outcome for the group (of two prisoners), the correct choice would be for both prisoners to cooperate with each other (both staying silent), as this would reduce the total jail time served by the group to one year total. Any other decision would be worse for the two prisoners considered together. When the prisoners both betray each other, each prisoner achieves a worse outcome than if they had cooperated.

This demonstrates very elegantly that in a non-zero sum game a Pareto optimum and the Nash Equilibrium can be opposite. In other words, that a non-zero sum game may not have a solution that is both optimal and stable; a Pareto optimum can be unstable and the Nash equilibrium can be sub-optimal.

Alternately, the "Stay Silent" and "Betray" strategies may be known as "don't confess" and "confess", or the more standard "cooperate" and "defect", respectively.

The Nash Equilibrium

Informally, a set of strategies is a Nash equilibrium if no player can do better by unilaterally changing his or her strategy. As a heuristic, one can imagine that each player is told the strategies of the other players. If any player would want to do something different after being informed about the others' strategies, then that set of strategies is not a Nash equilibrium. If, however, the player does not want to switch (or is indifferent between switching and not) the set of strategies is a Nash equilibrium.

RIGHTS ARE INDIVIDUAL FIRST THAN COLLECTIVE.

In this consideration the Bill of Rights are primary law. Law enforcement (code enforcement) is secondary law.

The use of logical fallacies is a key component in the process and support of the in continuo abuse. It would benefit all if one were to become familiar with basic logic. Formal logic based on true values assigned to antecedent and consequent phrases or predicate calculus is superior to informal fallacies. I am not an atheist by any means and use the explanations provided here.

Discussion

David Nollmeyer is seeking legal recognition for his de facto status in the USA as a political prisoner. Totalitarianism seeks to isolate the individual from the whole. An identity based mythology is being developed to create the illusion that the victim is using de facto tactics to resolve the conflict and that religion, natural law, and positive law support his treatment.

The secondary movers LAPD and agents Unnamed Baltimore Studio are questioning my lifelong heterosexuality by contrasting such with their orientations. The above are projecting their value system over David Nollmeyer while the state of impunity is in-continuo.

In brief David Nollmeyer is a follower of the Vedic faith with an orthodox perspective. The authoritative commentary is The Bhaktivedanta Purports of The Bhagavad Gita As It Is. I have been a devout heterosexual my entire life. Vedic Procreation is exclusively such and polygamy is theoretically acceptable. Hence the (HBT) agenda is not applicable to David Nollmeyer. I am a strong supporter of interfaith preaching not ecumenicalism of Godheads.

I do not use marijuana or any illegal drug nor do I support the use, manufacture possession, or distribution of contraband any where in the world under discrimination of any kind.　

Principal in this case Is Humboldt County, Mendocino County, California, the followers of the Grateful Dead, and the Pagan motorcycle gang of Delaware. David Nollmeyer is allegedly a supporter of criminal contraband operations of various scale in some correlation of the above which is FALSE. I am totally opposed to gang culture of any type but do not blacklist individuals who are attempting to exit this culture.

In short, I am a follower of social conservative issues consistent with varna-asrama, the Vedic social systems model. Such is an absolute morality and is diverse of persons. I am not a supporter of moral relativism.

David Nollmeyer is being fronted as a Democrat or a Socialist; both are untrue. In principal are Bill Clinton and Al Gore. I am the opposition to the Legal and Historical Performance of both ex-officials. I do not support the lesser of two evils as a solution but equal protection.

Hence Ronald Reagan, George Bush, and George Bush III must be treated along constitutional not partisan or localist traditions. I am not a Republican or a supporter of any political party. A double-bind presentation is usually used on persons who are of the Democratic orientation creating their defeat on presenting credible facts.

I am not a follower of the Reverend Jesse Jackson. I do not aggrandize any popular movie, entertainment, or musical figure. David Nollmeyer is usually portrayed as a Deadhead follower of Jerry Garcia or if this is not believed to be true then the heavy metal genre writ large is substituted.

The propaganda is based on a dependent personality acting out a fetish with an idol. A fixation of an intellectual age and maturity of 20 years old is constantly maintained.　

An Oedipal dysfunction is profiled regarding separation from the mother. The natural mother resides in Delaware. Any object in this territoriality is magnified. In degree would be substance abuse and its proliferation. Currently I am in California; such is devolved to Northern California, Mendocino Co., and Humboldt Co. particularly. As the experimental subject I have limited motility; as I move agents are recruited with racketeered rewards to attack me as agents of the police. A circular folly ensues and as there is no true control, only those who are not conscious or exposed to my movements. Hence the attack is on the human species and particularly the US Constitution, Presidency, and Citizen. I am portrayed as being a homosexual or bisexual which is slander. Prima facie such is a failure.

Also exploited is the dichotomy of males versus females as a class. The females are shields, at many times willingly in a very severe human rights event. Their history as well as segments as law enforcement, business, and senior citizens will have to reconcile the reality of a poor historical performance against a preferential treatment that may have been expected historically.

A manifest function in space and time is followed by a latent function or dysfunction. The survival of the individual and species as well as a sustainable culture are tested as the system incorporates maladaptive persons and disintegrates.
