Since June 17, 1987, the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution, a de facto attack on the United States has occurred. Since it is now September 15, 2008 a few weeks before the next 2008 Presidential Election between Barack Obama and John McCain, it is past overdue to formally begin to unify my historical and legal presentation by identifying who I consider the principal in the attack. The near total invertaebration of the Constitution itself has revealed an informant culture which implicates the president of the United States as an informant and Homeland Security officers as well.

The Orwellian Totalitarianism and Scorched Earth that has degraded the population of the United States and disintegrated the environment and infrastructure of the country was designed by Cambridge Law School and University. It appears a structure as a cell of lawyers lead this planning. This organization could also include staff from others schools as Oxford. In degree this act is an extension of United Kingdom state planning.

I have frequented the Colorado River and Salton Sea areas since 2000. This was just after George W. Bush had won the 2000 election. As strange as it may seem within the deprivation of primary rights I attended Palos Verde Junior College in Blythe near the Colorado River. I did very well obtaining a 4.0 GPA in US History, Abnormal Psychology, and a Development Psychology. Abnormal Psychology was one of the toughest courses I had ever taken.

The  school was quite hostile to my presence and such demonstrates the continued informant based persecution. The temperature along the Colorado River Basin can easliy reach 120 degrees perhaps slightly more. The are also is home to the highest unemployment in the United States about 20 to 20 percent. Currently the region also is near the top in foreclosures of houses.

In degree the odds of this event ending up in Blythe or near the Salton Sea are quite high as I am boxed in do to the weather. It is also possible in the desrt regions of the southwest for temperatures to fluctuate from about 65 degrees in the daytime to 15 degrees at night. This is a survivalist environment and I will respond to such as needed.

The following conditions code named Radanatha began in Earp, California in 2007 and have not subsided. This has doomed the presidency of George W. Bush and escalated the beginning of the next president.

The escalation in the environment has contaminated all flowing rivers and streams. All stores and shops serving food will present me with contaminated products simply by ADDING TAP WATER.
