Red Herring - Straw Man

In informal logic a Red Herring - Straw Man are related informal fallacies used to describe a concept of ad hominem and invalid argumentation. Attacks against the person as being a communist or a homosexual are classic examples of a Red Herring. Straw Man arguments are made against an imaginary position which is NOT held by the person one is attacking. Here LAPD simply will isolate and invent positions consisting of veneers, irrational conclusionary statements, and then falsely attribute such to me. In isolation I cannot confront these false cases.

These arguments will simply fall apart from lack of substance.

The reason to write a paper simply on this subject is existential and real. Twenty years of totalitarian isolation, censorship, and sanitization leave no other choice.

LAPD will call themselves a Gay Militia. This is important. I will not trade of any natural or civil right to any militia Gay or Straight. The environmental damage to property here is GREAT. If persons are supporting this element they are also attacking the government and themselves.

I know my own life better than anyone else. It is easy to refute these allegation of being Gay or Bisexual.

LAPD has created the greatest damage to the LGBT movement. Their record as law enforcement shall also come under greater scrutiny.

Since 1986 I have been severely harassed without due process of law. Since June 17, 1987 there has been a manifest 24 hour continual bombardment of electronic surveillance and scorched earth.

This has been lead by four principals:

• Los Angeles Police Department

• Delaware State Police

• Baltimore Police Department

• The Baltimore Studio or The Studio

The LAPD and the Baltimore Studio are Gay - Bisexual. Herein there are some twenty members of LAPD and seven members of the Baltimore Studio. I am a lifelong heterosexual. By measures of behaviorism I have never engaged in any same sex contact. By cognition my gender identity always has been heterosexual for all of my forty five years of life.

Any evidence produced therefore must be fabricated or mutilated.

In this instance LAPD has invented a fictitious parallel history of events in my life. This is facilitated by The Baltimore Studio and a Synclavier sampling piano which can accurately imitate sounds as my voice. What occurs is the gay or bisexual encounters are fabricate from events that are recorded from law enforcement surveillance. The evidence will have my voice substituted for a male participating in some type of same sex encounter.

This material will most likely be held by the Delaware State Police, Berkeley City Police, or the Sand Diego Police Department. Mutilated fabrications are most likely held by LAPD. It is not historically logical for this agency to have any naturally occurring recordings of my life until after 1990 when I lived in Santa Monica.
Totalitarianism seeks to isolate the individual or the collective from the whole.

I AM OPENLY STATING FOR THE RECORD THAT MY AUTHORIZED PAPERS WILL LEAD TO AN ACCURATE PORTRAYAL OF MY LIFE. THIS WILL OCCUR THROUGH DIRECT EVIDENCE.

It is unique to note that LGBT community has not attempted to recognize the scorched earth event that has been imposed over me for the last twenty years. They however, in certain locations as Oregon and California are attempting to have the accomplishments of this community taught in high school and at other levels similar to African American History is taught.

There is an attempt to create a gay or bisexual hero here. If one emerges it would not be me. I am not stating that this will not happen but if such does this person is going to have to decapitate this extortion and blackmail ring and recognize that I am a heterosexual and will deliver a very strong conservative response against any element that wishes to be an agent in my torture, slander, and libel of person.

I have begun to use March 24, 2008 as a date of finality to discern any doubt about my support for traditional heterosexual marriage. I have maintained a ritvik Vaishnava Ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada since March of 2004. I have been a follower of Krishna since August 2, 1977. I have been a vegetarian since the same era.

I have been somewhat stricter since June 17, 1987. This is when I re-confirmed to myself that the heterosexual orientation rooted in the mode goodness was the best platform to earnestly attempt to prosecute bhakti yoga.

At par minimum, any type of historical or legal discovery and presentation that does not include a basic understanding of the Original Bhagavad Gita As It Is (pre-1972) would be useless regarding who I am or was.

LAPD is attempting to promote me as night club goer, head banger, biker, LGBT orientation, now MSM Male same sex Male the list is ongoing except including a conservative heterosexual spiritual orientated person.

LAPD and The Baltimore Studio have severely damaged LGBT History.

I am making an interfaith stand based on the heterosexual spiritual person.

Here one can see that I have fought for myself. I am totally isolated by an INFORMANT culture. The nativistic - socialization debate concerning criminality is going to severely damage the LGBT movement.

They have not helped in degree relative to heterosexuals and most of the hate crime - torture is due to the fact that LAPD favors LGBT persons and grants such impunity to act criminally.

Below is a highly useful chart derived from the study of criminology. There is a huge history of data to study concerning nativism (determinism) and socialization (learning) and volition. Here the psychopath is more severe and is born that way. The sociopath learns to become a psychopath.

Sociopathy is chiefly characterized by something wrong with the person's conscience. They either don't have one, it's full of holes like Swiss cheese, or they are somehow able to completely neutralize or negate any sense of conscience or future time perspective. Sociopaths only care about fulfilling their own needs and desires - selfishness and egocentricity to the extreme. Everything and everybody else is mentally twisted around in their minds as objects to be used in fulfilling their own needs and desires. They often believe they are doing something good for society, or at least nothing that bad. The term "sociopath" is frequently used by psychologists and sociologists alike in referring to persons whose unsocialized character is due primarily to parental failures (usually fatherlessness) rather than an inherent feature of temperament.  Lykken (1995), for example, clearly distinguishes between the sociopath (who is socialized into becoming a psychopath) and a "true" psychopath (who is born that way).  However, this may only describe the "common sociopath", as there are at least four (4) different subtypes -- common, alienated, aggressive, and dyssocial. Commons are characterized mostly by their lack of conscience; the alienated by their inability to love or be loved; aggressives by a consistent sadistic streak; and dyssocials by an ability to abide by gang rules, as long as those rules are the wrong rules. As Stout (2005) indicates, it only takes three of the following to be defined as a sociopath, and some common sociopathic traits include:

To date events concerning: 1. Richard Miller - Delaware 2. Russell Gaines - Delaware 3.Luc - Berkeley CA- Switzerland have been fabricated. This is severe and will definitely not go uncontested at the strongest level of law and history.

I have to add the name of one of my old Berkeley roommate as to who The Baltimore Studio aka The Studio are using digital technology to gay bait persons. As seen these individuals and their task masters are the LGBT elements. This material is then hand off to handpicked cronies in the Delaware State Police.

The person's name is Luc. He is now perhaps married. When I lived in Berkeley in 2006 my landlord picked this person. My relationship with him was strictly Platonic. The landlord had a relationship with Luc. Luc is out. The landlord I believe is in. To those that do not know Berkeley is about 40% bisexual. If you live in shared housing this will happen. I have stated that I am to the right of Rudolph Giuliani on this issue.

It is apparent that in the long run there will be a latent function to create a LGBT myth concerning my relationship with Luc. The landlord of my apartment brought Luc in to live, not me. This appears to be the work of LAPD. His private life was with others and not me. As seen I cannot even remember his last name. There may be a bogus attempt lead from above by LGBT advocate groups or interests as the film industry to malign my perspectives which are socially conservative. It appears that members of The Baltimore Studio or The Studio are fabricating events with Luc. Look for more elaboration on this point if there is an escalation.

Currently The Studio have mutilated evidence stating that I have been bisexual with now departed Richard Miller of Dover, Delaware at Red Bridges, Maryland. This is ludicrous. There are already other legal records against the Delaware State Police regarding this type of slander.

An earlier owner and crew of The Studio is also to have allegedly falsified a taped surveillance claiming I had consensual sex with Russell Gaines of Delaware. Russell touched me in an inappropriate manner. This was not consensual. I did not press charges because Russell would of went prison. LAPD and The Studio are malicious. I have had to report this issue to the Attorney General's Office of The State of Delaware.
